X.org will be used in place of XFree86 which should not be a problem

GTK+ 2.4.3 is the current version and will most likely be used instead

Glib 2.4.2 is current

Gdk-pixbuf is apparently included with the GTK+ and Glibc crap

dot.conf 1.0.13 is current and appears compatible
